About Us

My name is Gugu Mpofu, and I'm the founder of Oaesis Within, an organic body care and wellness company that helps you love your body from the inside out.

When I started this company, it was because I wanted to love myself. That sounds a little sad but after always putting my needs last this was a huge shift for me. This was fuelled after I went through a particularly difficult time in my life, and realized that the only way for me to heal was to treat myself better.

So I began making my own products that would help me feel good about my skin and allow me to connect with myself at a deeper level.

And then I started sharing them with friends and family.

Now here we are! We've got a range of products that help you feel good and we also push the conversation of wellness by sharing affirmation cards with every order

We believe in healing from the outside in—so all of our products are made with natural and organic ingredients like shea butter, coconut oil, and essential oils—so you can feel good about what you're putting on your body, but also know that it's not going to irritate or cause damage to the skin.

Refund, Returns & Order Resolution Standard


Standards / Procedures:

All sales are final due to the hygienic and personal nature of body care products

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

  • Customers must contact hello@oaesiswithin.ca within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include order number + photo evidence of the issue
  • If validated, resolution options include:
  • Replacement product
  • Store credit
  • Partial refund (case-dependent)

Order Issues (Missing items, fulfillment errors):

  • Must be reported within 5 days of delivery
  • Resolution provided within 3–5 business days after review

Allergy or Sensitivity Concerns:

  • Full ingredient lists are provided; customers are responsible for reviewing prior to purchase
  • No refunds issued for sensitivities, but support and guidance will be offered

Workshops & Events:

  • Tickets are non-refundable
  • Transfers may be permitted with at least 48 hours’ notice
  • In the case of cancellation by Oaesis Within, a full refund or credit will be issued

Communication Standard:

  • All concerns are acknowledged within 24–48 hours
  • Tone remains respectful, solution-oriented, and aligned with brand care values
