Refund, Returns & Order Resolution Standard
Standards / Procedures:
All sales are final due to the hygienic and personal nature of body care products
Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
- Customers must contact hello@oaesiswithin.ca within 48 hours of delivery
- Include order number + photo evidence of the issue
- If validated, resolution options include:
- Replacement product
- Store credit
- Partial refund (case-dependent)
Order Issues (Missing items, fulfillment errors):
- Must be reported within 5 days of delivery
- Resolution provided within 3–5 business days after review
Allergy or Sensitivity Concerns:
- Full ingredient lists are provided; customers are responsible for reviewing prior to purchase
- No refunds issued for sensitivities, but support and guidance will be offered
Workshops & Events:
- Tickets are non-refundable
- Transfers may be permitted with at least 48 hours’ notice
- In the case of cancellation by Oaesis Within, a full refund or credit will be issued
Communication Standard:
- All concerns are acknowledged within 24–48 hours
- Tone remains respectful, solution-oriented, and aligned with brand care values
